AUGEO has organized together with EXTENDA (Andalusian Agency of Foreign Promotion) a commercial mission in the city of London. Throughout two days, the Andalusian companies participating in the mission have presented their solutions and services to English companies and have participated in networking sessions and training on how to conduct business in the United Kingdom.

AUGEO has been hired by a Spanish company in the agri-food sector to obtain part of the financing necessary for the construction of a fourth-range fruit and vegetable factory in Colombia. The financing search process will be executed in the fourth quarter of 2018, with the intention that the works of the new factory in Colombia begin in January 2019.

AUGEO has been contracted by a Colombian Company in the technology and engineering agri-food industry to prepare its Strategic Plan 2019-2021, one of whose main objectives is internationalization, with a particular focus on the North American and European markets.

AUGEO has contracted with a Canadian company from the ICT services sector for agrifood companies a project that seeks to describe the trends and main lines of growth of the Latin American agri-food sector, with the ultimate goal of building an attractive service offer for this sector in the next 5 – 10 years.

AUGEO, in a forum organized by Extenda – Agencia Andaluza de Promoción Exterior, has presented the methodologies and tools that allow assessing and managing risks in international projects. The event was attended by more than thirty Andalusian companies from different economic sectors.

AUGEO has initiated and presented to its Clients the business valuation service, a service that is not restricted to the static description of the economic and financial situation of a company, but seeks to provide a global assessment of a company, placing it in an environment of determined market. The service, which can be adjusted to the precise expectations of a Client, provides commercial, economic, financial, human resource capabilities, strategy followed by the company and trends in the market environment of the company.

The AUGEO Group has started in the spring of 2018 the process of establishing a subsidiary in Algeria. In this new location, the subsidiary, which will follow the Algerian mercantile norms, will develop the portfolio of business services it already offers in its European and American offices.

AUGEO has contracted with a company from the machine tool industry the design of the internationalization strategy of this company, which is located in Andalusia. The project will include the definition of the product portfolio that the company wishes to market, as well as the valuation of the price positions and distribution channels of its machinery. The initial market that the project focuses on is the Central European countries.

AUGEO has defined a strategy for the development of its representation and commercialization services for the agri-food products of its customers in Central Europe and the United Kingdom, through its offices in Prague and in London.

AUGEO International Group has been chosen as the company that will describe the Strategic Plan that will be developed in Europe. The company, based in California (U.S.A.), specializes in the automation of industrial processes, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in design processes and subsequent manufacture of diverse machinery.
