AUGEO has been hired by a Spanish engineering and consulting company within the agri-food sector to describe its internationalization plan, the results measurement mechanisms and the support in the initial stages.

The contract obtained by AUGEO with its client from the United Kingdom involves the evaluation of its international development strategy, the definition of a methodology for the periodic evaluation of the results and the description of a contingency plan.

The contract includes the identification of the most attractive markets for the Spanish company, according to its portfolio of services and the resources that may be involved in the project, the preparation of the provisional exploitation accounts of the international expansion project and the search for public aid.

The project contracted between AUGEO and a Client Company based in Bilbao seeks to identify the priority markets for the Bilbao company, specialized in legal services for the business sector, not only attending to the level of intrinsic attractiveness of those markets, but also considering the resources that the Company wants to contribute to develop these potential markets.

The project contracted between AUGEO and its Italian Client aims to search for a market segment within haute couture and its dimensioning, so that the Italian company, of a traditional and family nature, extends its activity to the Spanish market.

AUGEO will carry out the preliminary studies for an English company in the equipment goods sector, as well as will define the strategy and will planify its deployment in the Moroccan market. The project will be developed between March and June 2019.

AUGEO has been contracted for the strategic assessment and the description of the plan for the deployment of a Spanish aeronautical engineering in the United States of America. The project will be developed between January and March 2019.

The AUGEO Group has increased annual revenues by 12% in fiscal year 2018 compared to 2017. Among the companies of the AUGEO Group, the areas of greatest growth have been strategic and business consulting and agricultural projects.

AUGEO International Group, through its subsidiary AGC, dedicated to projects within the agri-food sector, has contracted the execution of an agricultural installation in Panama. The installation works will begin in January 2019, dedicating the month of December 2018 to the preparation of the technical project and the shipment of the materials to the Panamanian market.

AUGEO has started the constitution of a new subsidiary company in Tunisia, with the aim of working directly on the ground in the Maghreb countries at first, and later extending the operations in other African countries.
