AUGEO has contracted with a major Spanish company in the meat sector the reorganization of its business structure, as well as the definition of their marketing and sales programs for markets (both domestic and internationals) and customer segments.

AUGEO has officially opened the two hectares of intensive cultivation of vegetables which, together with its partner in Panama, Verdeazul Group, has developed through its subsidiary in the Republic of Panama, AUGEO INTERNATIONAL, Inc. The ceremony allowed to present facing more than one hundred of the people in the agricultural and financial sectors of Panama, and twenty media, new facilities, and plans for the future of the farm.

AUGEO has been awarded as Consulting Company in 2016 for its international expansion during the last ten years and its background in supporting its Customers’ internationalization projects. The award was presented by the Managing Director of “The Supplement” during a gala dinner at the Hotel Westin Palace in Madrid

AUGEO has established a new office in Croatia, located in Zagreb. This office intends to provide services and support to Clients wishing to operate in Eastern Europe, and particularly in the Balkans. Croatia, and Zagreb, is a privileged location by its geographical position and its membership to the European Union.

AUGEO, through one of its subsidiaries, AGC EMEA, has signed an agreement of establishment of a joint venture with one of the largest operators of fresh food products in the Eastern Europe, with distribution networks in the Balkans, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, etc. This agreement follows the investment strategy of the AUGEO Group in stable productive and commercial sectors in which the AUGEO Group has experience in production and marketing. The AUGEO Group will own 50% of corporate shares of the new company located in Croatia.

AUGEO has established a joint – venture in Iran with a local partner, aiming to support operations of Clients within this highly potential market that is now looking for receiving international companies and investors in order to develop its economy. Office is located in Tehran.

AUGEO opens new office in Bilbao, in the Venezuela Square. The new facilities are in the financial and business area in the Bilbao downton.

The AUGEO Group has established a new company in the United Kingdom, AUGEO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LTD, which will act as a holding company of the group, especially in international strategic management of all the companies of the Group in Europe, Africa, Asia and America.
