AUGEO has initiated and presented to its Clients the business valuation service, a service that is not restricted to the static description of the economic and financial situation of a company, but seeks to provide a global assessment of a company, placing it in an environment of determined market. The AUGEO Group has started in the spring of 2018 the process of establishing a subsidiary in Algeria. In this new location, the subsidiary, which will follow the Algerian mercantile norms, will develop the portfolio of business services it already offers in its European and American offices.

AUGEO has contracted with a company from the machine tool industry the design of the internationalization strategy of this company, which is located in Andalusia. The project will include the definition of the product portfolio that the company wishes to market, as well as the valuation of the price positions and distribution channels of its machinery. The initial market that the project focuses on is the Central European countries.

AUGEO has defined a strategy for the development of its representation and commercialization services for the agri-food products of its customers in Central Europe and the United Kingdom, through its offices in Prague and in London.

AUGEO International Group has been chosen as the company that will describe the Strategic Plan that will be developed in Europe. The company, based in California (U.S.A.), specializes in the automation of industrial processes, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in design processes and subsequent manufacture of diverse machinery. This project reaffirms the synergies that AUGEO International Group can bring to its clients through its operational delegations in different parts of the world.

AUGEO presents the main conclusions of the Study of the Olive Oil Sector of Andalusia in 2017. The conclusions are oriented towards the description of the market environment of olive oil, commercial trends and the key elements in the international marketing of olive oil.

AUGEO has been hired by a leading Hungarian agri-food product manufacturer to describe and execute the introduction tasks in the Spanish market in a first phase, which may be continued at a later stage in the Ibero-American market.

AUGEO, within its Division of Agricultural Projects, has signed a contract with an Algerian Customer and has begun the installation of a greenhouse in the Typaza Wilaya – Province. This first project will be followed by the establishment of a joint venture between AUGEO and Algerian Associates, with the objective of executing more projects in the agrifood industry and other professional services of import and export in Algeria.

AUGEO has been contracted by a French company belonging to the steel industry for the description of the Financial Plan 2018-2021, as well as for the elaboration of the Negotiation Book with European banking entities. The financing will be devoted to the project of international deployment of the Client Company within the European Union.

AUGEO has been contracted by a Miami-based company (Florida – United States of America) to describe its Business Plan within the European Union. The company is related to professional architecture services and currently has an extensive presence in North America and Central America. The project will involve the AUGEO’S Madrid, Bilbao, London and Prague offices.
