AUGEO has launched a specific line of work to provide accounting, tax, labour and legal advisory services to SMEs and micro-SMEs, as well as to self-employed professionals. This new line adapts its services already dedicated to larger companies to smaller companies and independent professionals.

AUGEO has established a new operating division specialising in advising investment funds. Its area of ​​specialisation is the agro-industrial sector and the regions of Europe, the Maghreb and Latin America. To publicise this new line of work, it has started a personalised communication programme with funds specialising in agro-industry and with the Top 100 international investment funds.

AUGEO has been hired by a German investment group to explore investment possibilities in the Spanish food sector. The work includes defining a short list of possible investment targets, according to the criteria identified by the German investor, and making initial contact with market operators to identify which of them would be willing to start detailed negotiations.

AUGEO has confirmed year-on-year growth in activity in the 3-year period 2022 – 2024. Taking the 2022 financial year as a reference, in 2023 the turnover grew by 8.91% over the previous year, and in 2024 the turnover grew by 160.66% over the previous year. Activity has grown in all of AUGEO’s areas of operations.

AUGEO has been contracted by a Tunisian agri-food exporter as its Commercial Representative within the European Union. The work project includes an initial period of three months to define the primary objectives in the European Union, as well as an implementation plan that will extend over two years, with the possibility of renewing the contract.

AUGEO has been awarded a two-year program contract for a Spanish dry food manufacturer with one of the main distribution chains in Spain. The contract is valid for the years 2025 and 2026.

AUGEO, through the development of systematic search processes and its own preparation of market information, has reached the figure of 21,462 market reports in September 2024, belonging to 164 countries and macro-geographic areas. The volume of information increases weekly, given that there are resources methodically dedicated to the search for latest information.

AUGEO has been hired to coordinate the merger negotiations of two of the main fruit exporting companies in Colombia. The merger protocols are expected to be concluded before the end of 2024, with the aim of starting the legal merger processes in January 2025.

AUGEO has concluded the agreement for a fruit and vegetable supply program for one of its Clients with a Spanish Big Retailer Chain. The program includes daily supplies of the agreed references, with their logistical elements included, for the autumn-winter 2024-2025 campaign.

A US company established in Florida, which operates in the nuts sector, and which already has market operations in Mexico, has hired AUGEO to develop its business in Central America, starting with the Panama market and expanding in the coming years in other markets, until reaching Colombia.
