AUGEO has been hired by a major French wine Denomination of Controlled Origin (AOC) to describe a business development project in Latin America. The project includes the economic quantification of the markets, a qualitative survey of them and the definition of a three-year budget, with specific objectives and mechanisms for measuring results.
