AUGEO has been hired by a British company in the chemical sector to prospect the Latin American market and describe a commercial program in a three-year scenario. The commercial program, which will be directed from the central office in Madrid and coordinated with the offices in Miami, Panama and Asunción, will include deployment scenarios, communication programs and budgets, as well as key performance indicators and contingency plans.
