AUGEO has been hired by an Austrian company in the education sector to describe and manage its commercial and operational development in certain Latin American countries. This project includes the prior selection of priority markets, the commercial deployment in those markets and the start-up of subsidiaries in the chosen markets. The project has a five-year horizon for its execution, with annual reviews of the objectives achieved.
